After attending Western Kentucky University for his undergraduate degree in Animal Science, Dr. Bishop attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. From there he started his first job as an associate at a busy animal hospital in Sandy Springs, GA and remained an associate there for 6.5 years. Recently, he has opened his own practice in the quaint city of Alpharetta, where he has lived for the last 6 years.
Dr. Bishop shares his home with his two dogs, Butters and Nadia, his cat, Tink and four turtles. He spends his free time fishing, camping, hiking and relaxing with friends.
Dr. Bishop is a member of both the American Veterinary Medical Association and Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. He is also a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
Sawyer grew up in the Atlanta area and then moved to Montana to receive her bachelors degrees in psychology and Marketing. She grew up riding horses and worked closely with a large animal vet in Montana while managing a show barn. Sawyer has 2 hound mixes, Arlee and Biscuit, 2 cats and 2 horses. Sawyer runs the front office now here at North Main.
Kalyn originally from Chicago, IL, lived in Florida for 10 years before arriving in the Atlanta area. She gained her Associates Degree from Georgia Perimeter College in Health Information Administration. Kalyn has received her Phlebotomy certificate and national certification, and is currently studying Psychology at Kennesaw State University.
After selling her restaurant in The Florida Keys, Debbie entered into veterinary care as a client services representative in 2000. She continued to pursue her education for small animal health care & earn her RVT license in 2006. Debbie makes her home in North Atlanta will her dog Scooter. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading, decorating & vacationing on the beach.
Dr. Jen Di Cicco
Dr. Di Cicco attended Florida State University for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Biology. From there, she went on to veterinary school at St. Matthews University, and completed her clinical studies at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Di Cicco completed a small animal rotating internship at Auburn University and a specialty internship in internal medicine and critical care at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Di Cicco worked as an emergency veterinarian and an associate veterinarian prior to joining the team at North Main Animal Hospital.
Dr. Di Cicco is married and has a daughter named Madeleine and two dogs ,Linus and Miles. Her free time is spent with her family outdoors, preferably on a beach.
Growing up in Roswell, Danielle rode horses from a young age. She moved to Tennessee to ride on the equestrian team at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Danielle moved back to Atlanta to attend the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. After finishing the program at CSB, Danielle furthered her education at Georgia State University and received her bachelors degree in Film and Media. Danielle and her cat Poe currently reside in Marietta. In her free time, Danielle enjoys painting, kayaking and traveling to distant lands.
